Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks an Aquatics Lifeguard to ensure swimmer safety and provide exceptional member service across indoor and outdoor pools. You will monitor decks, manage water features, supervise events, and respond quickly to emergencies to keep the Aquatics area safe.

Requirements include StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, First Aid, ability to swim 300 yards, tread water 1 minute, lift 20 lbs, and strong communication. Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid Certified (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year, whichever is first).
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Ability to swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom of the pool and swim the brick to the top without stopping.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
