Qualifications

• Must hold current Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certifications.

• Equivalent combination of training and experience that demonstrates required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the aquatics facility and staff to ensure safety and order.
• Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling lifeguards and instructors.
• Monitor pool activity and enforce rules; perform scans and rescue if needed.
• Administer CPR and first aid in emergencies; conduct first aid as necessary.
• Maintain pool and water chemistry; perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain incident reports and logs as required.
