Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Simpsonville, SC. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, staff management, customer service, and financial performance. Responsibilities include ensuring swim lessons are delivered effectively, maintaining a safe and clean facility, scheduling and supervising staff, managing budgets, and promoting the swim school within the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff management, scheduling, and supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean facility
• Understanding of swim instruction and water safety practices
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
