Job summary

Saf-T-Swim is seeking a General Manager to lead a diverse team, supervise 4-wall swim school operations, and drive enrollment while maintaining profitability.

The role oversees aquatic programs, ensures safety and cleanliness, delivers a world-class customer experience, and helps grow the brand locally and nationally. It is an on-site, full-time position with 40+ hours weekly and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of management experience leading large teams (30+ employees).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: oversee daily swim school operations and staffing levels.
• Class Scheduling: manage scheduling to meet business demands and class mix.
• Risk Management and Compliance: ensure safety standards, health codes and employment laws.
• Facilities: maintain interior/exterior areas, pool, and pump room to brand standards.
• Safety: promote a safety culture for team, students, and parents; enforce QA and brand standards.
