Job Description

This position embodies the organization's mission, vision, and values by building relationships with staff, volunteers, and members. The role requires organization and focus to position the YMCA as the community's safest and most preferred swimming program. Responsibilities include hands-on leadership, staff supervision and training, program development, and member service.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification.
• Minimum five years of swim lesson instruction experience.
• Proficiency in computer use and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain physical and mental readiness as per certification standards.
• Completion of all required trainings.
