Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; two years of related experience required.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint expected.
• Lifeguard and supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees management and operation of a regional community center with aquatics focus.
• Coordinates aquatics scheduling with staff and user groups.
• Maintains pool sanitation and reports maintenance issues.
• Implements emergency action plans and coordinates safety procedures.
• Works evenings and weekends as required; supports sustainability practices.
