Job summary

Snohomish Aquatic is seeking a senior manager to oversee day-to-day operations of aquatics programs, supervise lifeguards and swim instructors, and coordinate staffing and events. The role covers pool operations, lessons, facility use, customer service, safety, and budget monitoring.

Qualifications include a related Bachelor's degree, several years in aquatics management, and current life saving and CPR certifications. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Education, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in aquatics, recreation, or related field, including supervising programs and staff.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of timing systems and recreation management software; experience with DASH POS and registration systems preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED certifications required; LGI preferred.
