Qualifications

• Must be able to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Tread water for 1 minute.
• Swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from pool bottom and return to surface.

• Manage the financials of the Aquatics department to meet goals.
• Ensure a safe and friendly experience for members and guests.
• Respond to member inquiries professionally.
