Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to support the Manager in overseeing all programs in the Aquatics Department, including Family Swim, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Masters Swim and more.

You will help ensure safe operations, manage finances, and lead a team of lifeguards and instructors. You will cast, train and develop Aquatics Team Members, monitor department goals, respond to member inquiries, and strive to deliver a welcoming, high‑quality experience for members and guests

Qualificações

• Must be able to swim 300 yards/meters.
• Must be able to tread water for 1 minute.
• Must retrieve a 10 lb diving brick and swim to the surface with it.

Responsabilidades

• Cast, train and develop all Aquatics Team Members.
• Manage the financials of the Aquatics business to meet or exceed department goals.
• Ensure Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly experience for members and guests.
• Respond to all member inquiries in a professional way.
