Job summary

Indiana Fitness Works Inc. is seeking a Restorative Nurse Aide for Brooke Knoll Village in Avon, IN. This role performs restorative nursing duties and documents resident responses under the Rehab Manager's supervision.

You will assist with range of motion, transfers, feeding, and group exercises, following therapists' plans to preserve residents' functional ability, and ensure accurate recordkeeping for services provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completed Certified Nursing Assistant course.
• Experience in restorative nursing preferred.
• Health certificate/examination as required by State agencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform range of motion for upper and lower extremities per plan of care.
• Ambulate designated residents with walker or cane per plan of care.
• Assist with feeding and dining room organization.
• Record keeping including dates of services, who performed, and resident response.
• Follow therapists' recommendations to preserve/enhance residents’ functional ability.
