Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires experience in aquatics and supervision of lifeguards.
• Ability to read and enforce safety regulations.
• Certification in CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, First Aid.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and participants.
• Must be at least 18 years old and maintain readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling lifeguards and swim instructors to ensure safety.
• Supervise staff in absence of the Aquatic Director.
• Teach swim lessons and serve as lifeguard when required.
• Manage assigned aquatic projects and staff training.
