Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding and Water Safety Instructor certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage Learn To Swim program with 500+ participants annually.
• Recruit, hire, train, certify, and supervise student staff of 15-25.
• Plan, schedule, and audit payroll, uniforms, and equipment.
• Coordinate facility rentals and private lessons; ensure safety and public relations.
