Job summary

Integrated Therapy is seeking Physical Therapists or Physical Therapist Assistants for Atlanta-area aquatic clinics. We offer autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a low-impact water-based setting that promotes patient participation and faster results.

Positions are available Full-time/Part-time as Independent Contractor/1099, with a supportive, family-owned culture and opportunities to manage your own day.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• PT/PTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• Requires good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the extent of a patient’s disabilities to develop an individualized plan of care.
• Make patients and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; develop and sustain productive patient relationships.
• Plan aquatic therapy programs and administer treatment to restore body function and strength, relieve pain and prevent disability through various techniques (exercise programs, facilitation techniques, muscle reeducation, gait training, aquatic properties).
• Maintain medical record documentation.
• PT supervision of PTA and mentoring guidance.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant program
