Job summary

Gulfshoresal's Splash Station in Texas seeks a supervisory Lifeguard Operations role to oversee daily maintenance, staff, and patron safety.

Qualifications

• Must have Lifeguard Certification or obtain within 60 days.
• LGI and Food Manager certifications preferred or obtainable within 120 days.
• Water Safety Instructor and CPO/AFO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance and operations at Splash Station to keep amenities operational and safety upheld.
• Oversee facility, its employees, and its patrons as a supervisory role.
• Manage guest inquiries and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
