Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform lifesaving skills, pool maintenance, recordkeeping, sanitation and instruction.
• Ability to maintain planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow directions from supervisor and staff.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral/written) and Spanish (oral).
• Ability to meet health/physical requirements and possess a valid Texas Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Physically perform lifesaving, pool maintenance, sanitation and instruction duties.
• Maintain pool facilities and grounds; perform daily sanitation and vacuuming.
• Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and the public; attend workshops as needed.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and the public.
• Adhere to all City policies and safety rules; participate in required training and testing.
