Qualifikationen

• 1 years of experience in swim instruction, or a related leadership role.
• Current lifeguard certification, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of water safety standards and aquatic programming.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of aquatic professionals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, enrollments, and administrative tasks.
• Comfortable working in a pool environment with flexible scheduling, including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily aquatic operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise swim instructors and aquatic staff.
• Monitor and maintain water quality, pool safety standards, and facility compliance.
• Manage student enrollments, class scheduling, and program development.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve parent and student concerns promptly.
• Track and report on program performance, attendance, and revenue metrics.
• Ensure all staff certifications (CPR, lifeguard, swim instruction) remain current.
