British Swim School of Garland-Rowlett in Rowlett, TX seeks a passionate Aquatic Manager to lead our swim school operations. You will oversee daily aquatic operations, recruit and supervise instructors, and ensure water quality and safety standards are met in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in swim instruction, or a related leadership role.
• Current lifeguard certification, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of water safety standards and aquatic programming.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of aquatic professionals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, enrollments, and administrative tasks.
• Comfortable working in a pool environment with flexible scheduling, including weekends.
