Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in recreation or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of lifeguard/pool operation, pool management or aquatic training experience.
• Must hold and maintain American Red Cross Lifeguard, Lifeguard Instructor, Water Safety Instructor, and Certified Pool Operator certificates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and coordinate aquatics recreation programs.
• Supervise full-time and part-time aquatic and recreation staff.
• Oversee program administration and safety protocols.
• Commit to customer service and community engagement.
