Qualifications

• Knowledge of or interest in aquaponics, hydroponics, agriculture, environmental science, sustainability, or related fields.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organization, and instructional design skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students and educators across multiple grade levels and school settings.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Curriculum Department to develop aquaponics curriculum aligned to PA standards.
• Deliver hands-on STEAM lessons in elementary and middle schools using aquaponics.
• Design and facilitate field trips at the Aquaponics Learning Center.
• Differentiate lessons to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain materials, resources, and learning activities; use data to improve the program.
