Job summary

The South Carolina Department of Social Services in Spartanburg seeks an APS Team Leader to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure protective services for vulnerable adults in line with state policy. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with three years of experience, or a Master’s degree with one year.

• Experience in supervising adult protective services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and supervise APS staff.
• Ensure timely protective services for vulnerable adults.
• Coordinate workloads and monitor performance.
• Liaise with state partners and community stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation compliance.
• Support emergency response and disaster-related services.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
