Job summary

Credence Management Solutions seeks an experienced APS Program Analyst to maintain authoritative APS records, coordinate multi‑process reviews, and ensure timely, accurate information across complex award and grant lifecycles for the GHSD portfolio.

The role emphasizes meticulous documentation, scheduling, and adherence to federal guidelines while supporting TER, merit review, CPD, NOFOs, and award transitions in a hybrid Washington, DC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting U.S. government foreign assistance, grants, cooperative agreements, or contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the APS Master Tracker, Planning Tracker, Selection Log, and related process records.
• Coordinate schedules, records, controlled access, and routine communications.
• Prepare trackers, correspondence, review packages, summaries, and draft process documentation.
• Identify discrepancies, missing documentation, approaching deadlines, and process risks for resolution by authorized officials.
• Support training, onboarding, and calibration activities by maintaining current job aids and process materials.
