St. Elizabeth Physicians is seeking a Kentucky Family Medicine Float Advanced Practicing Registered Nurse to provide flexible coverage across multiple primary care offices. The role combines patient care with education and coordination within a physician-led team.

The APRN or PA license is required, with 2+ years in clinic settings and 1 year in mid-level roles. Expect 40 hours weekly in a hospital-affiliated practice within Kentucky.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinic experience plus 1 year of mid-level experience.
• State license in KY and/or IN for scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status by obtaining health history records in EMR.
• Assess illness, risk factors and family history.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with prescriptions per guidelines.
• Educate patients regarding medications and health promotion.
