Job summary

ShopRite of Marlboro is seeking an Appy/Deli Manager for the Marlboro, NJ location. You will direct the Appy/Deli Department, supervise associates, and drive sales, customer experience, and efficiency under the Store Manager’s guidance.

Responsibilities include onboarding and training, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining logs, and coordinating with store partners to deliver quality service. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work flexible schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English; basic math; stand/walk for shifts; basic computer use.
• Ability to lead associates and engage customers; communicate effectively with team.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and lift 25–60 lbs as needed.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Appy/Deli Department functions and associates.
• Lead associates to achieve department goals and provide coaching.
• Promote safety, customer experience, and presentation standards in daily operations.
• Maintain temperature logs and department schedules; ensure proper cleaning and organization.
• Verify invoices, pricing accuracy, and proper product handling.
