ShopRite of Wayne Hills Mall in Wayne, NJ is seeking an Appy/Deli Manager to direct and supervise all functions of the Appy/Deli Department, driving sales, customer experience, and staff engagement under the General Store Manager.

This role requires leading associates, enforcing safety and food-handling standards, coordinating operations, scheduling, training, and ensuring excellent service while maintaining department standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Ability to perform basic math tasks.
• Ability to supervise and train department staff.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
