ShopRite of Fair Lawn is seeking an Appy/Deli Manager to direct all department functions, lead associates, and drive sales and customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include supervision, training, and ensuring safety, presentation, and efficiency. The role emphasizes teamwork, excellent service, and adherence to company policies in the Inserra NJ stores.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Regularly lift 25 lbs. and occasionally 60 lbs.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly way.
• Ability to lead and engage department associates.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Appy/Deli Department and its associates.
• Achieve department goals in sales, profit, customer experience, and engagement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and laws.
