Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering or technology or related field.
• Two or more years in training and/or operations, depending on position.
• Completion of a trades Apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience in adult education in an operational environment preferred.
• Requires a valid Driver’s License and safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Apprenticeship Team and stakeholders to assess requirements, objectives and timelines.
• Designs and develops role-based training content with SMEs to meet program goals.
• Coordinates training delivery, materials and communication across programs.
• Administers multiple apprenticeship programs and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Facilitates instructor-led training and promotes apprenticeship model adoption.
• Manages project scope, budget, schedule and risk for training initiatives.
