Job summary

Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center (MAMC) is seeking an Apprenticeship Specialist to support clients in obtaining training, certifications, apprenticeships, and degrees that align with career goals. This role is part of the Workforce Development Team and involves travel to off-campus locations.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, strong program management skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support program clients in obtaining training, certifications, apprenticeships and degrees that align with career goals.
• Plan, customize and implement skills programs, apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeships for individuals, schools and businesses.
• Collaborate with the Workforce Development Team and external partners to deliver in-demand training opportunities.
