University College Birmingham is seeking an Apprenticeship Operations Officer to strengthen the operational infrastructure that supports high‑quality apprenticeship delivery and a positive apprentice and employer experience.

You will help ensure our provision remains compliant, auditable and operationally effective, including onboarding, compliance reviews, data validation, audit preparation and supporting colleagues and employers with apprenticeship funding and contractual requirements.

Qualificações

• Experience with apprenticeship funding, compliance or operational assurance.

Responsabilidades

• Onboarding apprentices and employers; compliance reviews and audits; data validation and reporting; supporting apprenticeship funding and contractual requirements; configuring and maintaining apprenticeship platforms; delivering training and guidance to colleagues on system use; developing workflows, templates and reporting structures.
