Job summary

Specsavers is seeking an experienced data compliance professional to drive the integrity and audit-readiness of apprenticeship data across the learner journey. You will work with stakeholders to ensure learner records are accurate and funding requirements are met.

The role focuses on ILR data specifications, funding rules, and delivering insightful reports that support decision-making while enabling compliant apprenticeship provision and effective use of funding.

Qualifications

• Experience in apprenticeship, FE, or training provider environment.
• Solid understanding of ILR data specifications and funding rules.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-focused, able to present findings and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own apprenticeship data compliance across the learner journey.
• Oversee accuracy and integrity of learner records and monthly data returns.
• Prepare for audits and inspections; identify risks and process improvements.
• Produce reports that provide clear insight for stakeholders and decision making.
