Job summary

Specsavers is seeking an experienced data compliance professional to drive the accuracy and audit-readiness of apprenticeship data. You will own data across the learner journey, ensuring learner records are accurate and compliant, and support monthly data returns to meet funding rules.

Working with stakeholders across the business, you’ll prepare for audits, identify risks and process improvements, and produce insights via reporting to inform decisions about the apprenticeship programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in apprenticeship, further education or training provider environments.
• Strong understanding of ILR data specifications and apprenticeship funding rules and compliance requirements.
• Highly organised, analytical and detail-focused with ability to manage complex data.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of apprenticeship data compliance across the learner journey.
• Oversee accuracy and integrity of learner records and support monthly data returns.
• Prepare for audits and inspections and identify risks and process improvements.
• Produce reporting providing clear insight to support decision-making across the programme.
