Qualificações

• Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates trades personnel according to skill and experience.
• Trains employees and develops procedures to improve quality and productivity.
• Ensures compliance with drawings, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Manages training, documentation and scheduling across shifts; oversees budget performance.
