Job summary

Arbon Equipment Corporation, a Rite-Hite Company, is hiring an entry-level field service apprentice to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. You will work closely with a senior technician, learning products, customers, and the hands-on skills needed to operate independently in the field.

The role emphasizes customer service and safe, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; mechanical or electrical experience is helpful.
• Must work independently in a field environment.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Able to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must drive company vehicle; pre-employment drug test, clean driving record, and DOT physical required.
