Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is hiring Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. The role serves as a technical resource for customers and the sales force, and can be performed independently or in small teams in a field service setting.

As an apprentice, you will work closely with a senior technician, learn our products and customers, and develop the skills needed for independent work.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Some prior mechanical or electrical experience is helpful.
• Role requires working outdoors, at heights, and lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Driving a company vehicle is required, as is a pre-employment drug test, a clean driving record, and a DOT physical.

Rite-Hite Service Technicians

The position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment and is a primary customer contact. As an apprentice, you will work closely with a senior Technician, learning our products and our customers and developing the skills needed for independent work.

Required Experience

This entry-level position requires the ability to work independently in a field environment, with good customer service skills. Some prior mechanical or electrical experience is helpful. The role demands working outdoors, at heights, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
