Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician to repair surfaces on-site for apartments, hotels, and commercial properties. You will use your manual skills to perform multiple repairs daily while delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and property managers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in trades like construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies.
• Ability to see, distinguish, and match colors accurately.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Daily on-site work completing 4 or more repairs with creativity.
• Provide world-class customer service to tenants and property managers.
• Update progress and notes in the CRM/Dispatch system.
• Communicate questions to the support team as needed.
• Follow the company’s 5-step repair process.
• Utilize each tool in your personal toolkit to complete jobs.
