The Urban Affairs Coalition is seeking a full-time Retention Case Manager to support early-stage union apprentices in Philadelphia. This mission-critical position will coordinate case management and supportive services, helping apprentices navigate barriers to success.

The candidate will engage with union partners and contractors while offering essential assistance to first-generation tradespeople. A comprehensive benefits package is provided including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
