Corley Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking an Apprentice Plumber to learn and perform hands-on trades under experienced plumbers. You will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings while adhering to safety and code requirements.

With guidance from seasoned plumbers, you’ll develop essential skills, gain confidence, and progress toward journeyman licensure within a supportive, growth‑oriented environment in Greenville, SC.

Responsabilidades

• Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Measure, cut, thread, join, and assemble pipes under supervision using hand and power tools.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of leaks and clogs; perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to ensure accurate installations.
• Help install and maintain sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, boilers, and commercial restrooms.
• Prepare tools and materials, keep job sites safe, organized, and efficient.
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and local codes.
• Provide courteous service when interacting with customers and operate as part of a plumbing team.
• Participate in apprenticeship training to progress toward journeyman licensure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, gas, and hydronic piping for residential and commercial projects.
• Measure, cut, thread, join, and assemble pipes and plumbing components using hand and power tools under supervision.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues, including preventive maintenance tasks like flushing water heaters and inspecting pipes.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to ensure accurate installations.
• Help install and maintain plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, boilers, disposals, and commercial restroom assemblies.
• Prepare and organize tools, materials, and job sites, maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
• Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and local plumbing codes.
• Provide professional, courteous service when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Work closely with the plumbing team to complete projects on schedule while meeting quality and code requirements.
• Participate in ongoing apprenticeship training and skill development, gaining hands‑on experience and advancing toward journeyman licensure.
