Job summary

Bunker Hill Community College seeks an I.A.C. Navigator to provide direct, participant-facing case management for students in earn-and-learn apprenticeship programs, ensuring coordination and support to complete their program.

Responsibilities include regular check-ins, onboarding, records management, and coordinated reporting. You will support outreach, resume reviews, mock interviews, and collaboration with the Assistant Director and other college offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; Master's preferred.
• Experience with case management, student support, or career navigation.
• Ability to learn and use TargetX, Colleague, Self Service, and Canvas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular check-ins with apprentices and document contacts in the system.
• Identify and help resolve barriers to completion by referring to college resources.
• Coordinate onboarding/registration processes and flag scheduling conflicts.
• Assist with employer coordination, reporting, and milestones as directed.
• Support outreach, orientation, and recruitment activities and review resumes.
