Responsibilities

• Learn from a mentor (licensed/non-licensed states) to meet eyewear needs.
• Learn to take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames/lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle.
• Work with the team to develop best practices for sales and service.
