Responsibilities

• Learn to take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Work with the team to ensure exceptional service for all customers.
• Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, and lifestyle.
• Collaborate to establish best practices for sales and customer service.
