Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in groundman or lineman work.
• Willing to travel on short notice.
• Able to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid CDL-B license required.
• Own tools preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Climb poles or use truck-mounted buckets to access equipment and work at heights.
• Safely construct, maintain, and repair electrical overhead and underground distribution systems and substations.
• Identify defective components and use diagrams and testing tools.
• Drive vehicles with tools and materials to job sites.
• Splice or terminate cables and lay underground or overhead lines.
