Sequachee Valley Electric Cooperative in Pikeville, TN is seeking a full-time Lineman Apprentice to join the Bledsoe County team, reporting to the Pikeville office.

You must live in or relocate to SVEC's Bledsoe County service area and successfully complete the SVEC LAP Apprenticeship. This role requires a Class A CDL and the ability to handle high-stress situations, with regular travel within SVEC's area.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Must obtain Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Must live in SVEC's Bledsoe County service area or be willing to relocate.
• Must successfully complete the SVEC LAP Apprenticeship.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Requires occasional travel across SVEC area, rare travel outside SVEC area. Some after-hours work is required due to occasional planned events, storm-related events, or emergency events. Sequachee Valley Electric Cooperative (SVEC) is a member-owned distribution cooperative that delivers power generated by the Tennessee Valley Authority.
