Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. As an Apprentice, you will learn the business from the ground up, handling administrative tasks, customer service, and jewelry intake while training toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

We welcome candidates with a passion to learn jewelry making, including basic repair concepts such as polishing, with a full training program and promote-from-within opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and customer service related to jewelry intake and orders.
• Assist with polishing and basic jewelry repair under supervision.
• Interact with stores and customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and support shipping/receiving as needed.
