Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to start in our Field Design & Service Centers. You will begin with administrative tasks, customer service, and jewelry intake, then learn polishing and basic repair skills on a path toward bench jewelers.

The program includes full training, opportunities to advance, and a promote-from-within environment with a Customer-First focus.

Qualifications

• Customer service minded with strong interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills for clerical tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills for juggling tasks.
• Detail oriented and accurate in handling jewelry and orders.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative duties and customer service interactions.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking, assist with repairs.
• Assist stores and customers; learn jewelry repair basics.
• Polish jewelry and perform quality checks as training progresses.
