Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. As an Apprentice, you will learn the business from the ground up, including customer service, clerical tasks, jewelry polishing, and photography for intake, training toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

This promote-from-within program offers a full training journey, a 40-hour work week with some nights and weekends, and total rewards such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, tuition

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks, customer service, and intake logistics
• Polish and handle jewelry processing and photography for intake/tracking
• Learn basics of jewelry repair and progress toward bench jeweler
