Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. You will learn the business from the ground up, starting with administrative tasks and customer service, and progress toward bench jeweler through our full training program.

As you train, you’ll gain skills in polishing, jewelry repair basics, and quality control, with opportunities to advance within a promote-from-within environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative/clerical tasks and assist with customer service.
• Interact with stores and customers; support intake and tracking of jewelry.
• Learn jewelry repair basics, polishing and quality control toward bench jeweler.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and training purposes.
