Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams in the United States. You will start with administrative duties, customer service, and clerical tasks, while learning jewelry polishing and repair basics to advance toward a Bench Jeweler.

The program offers full training, progression from Apprentice to artisan in a promote-from-within environment, and opportunities to work toward skilled jewelry repair with on-site guidance.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative responsibilities including customer service and interacting with stores and customers.
• Complete clerical tasks and photography of jewelry for intake/tracking.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control while training toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.
