Signet Jewelers invites applicants for an Apprentice Jeweler role in its Field Design & Service Center network in the United States. Start by handling administrative duties and polishing jewelry, then progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler with hands-on training.

No mandatory jewelry experience; candidates with a passion to learn and basic jewelry knowledge are welcome. Position includes a full-time schedule with some nights/weekends and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Administrative tasks and customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn jewelry repair basics and polishing.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving helpful.
• Candidate with jewelry or repair interest encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative/clerical tasks for the Design & Service Center.
• Interact with stores and customers to support service operations.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and learn polishing basics.
• Train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler in a promote-from-within path.
