Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams in the United States. You will start with administrative tasks, assist with customer service, and learn photography for intake/tracking while training toward a Bench Jeweler.

Our program offers full training to elevate skills from Apprentice to Jeweler. Full-time schedule is 40 hours with overtime as needed, and benefits include various insurance options and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks and customer service within the Design & Service Center.
• Interact with stores and customers and handle intake/tracking photography for jewelry.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair, starting with polishing and quality control.
