Job summary

Signet Jewelers invites applicants for entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join the Field Design & Service Center Teams in the United States. You will start with administrative tasks, customer service, and jewelry polishing, then progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through a full training program.

As an Apprentice, you will learn jewelry repair basics, photography for intake, and coordination with stores and customers, advancing through a structured, promote-from-within journey.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Administrative responsibilities, including customer service, interacting with our stores and customers, and clerical tasks.
• Photography of jewelry for intake/tracking.
• Learning the basics of jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control.
• Training toward becoming a Bench Jeweler within a promote-from-within environment.
