Signet Jewelers has multiple entry‑level and experienced Jeweler opportunities in its Field Design & Service Center teams across the United States. You will start as an Apprentice Jeweler, performing administrative tasks and polishing jewelry, and progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

The company emphasizes promote‑from‑within growth, with training programs and ongoing education to elevate skills from entry level to master level.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation.
• Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Repair and refurbish jewelry to original condition.
• Assist with custom design and repairs in service centers.
• Work with design team on stone setting and jewelry repair.
